She has worked for both the Plaintiff and Defence sides of disability and insurance litigation. This experience gives her the added advantage of understanding what to expect from the other side. As well, Valerie has experience in employment law. She has assisted clients that have been wrongfully and constructively dismissed including working to obtain compensation for termination. She has also assisted clients in understanding what is considered “Just Cause” or the reasonable termination of an employee by an employer.
